The Vidy Theatre is particularly attentive to the reception of people with disabilities. It offers in several places different support and care measures - information card Pro Infirmis.
Each auditorium is equipped with magnetic loops that render the plays accessible to persons with hearing aids - subject to technical compatibility with the show. Vidy also offers foreign-language plays with French surtitles, as well as choreographic and visual shows.
The shows that are surtitled in French provide hearing-impaired spectators access to the text. Our programme also includes dance and visual theatre.
Thanks to the support of Pro Infirmis and Forom Ecoute, three of our auditoriums (Salle Charles Apothéloz, Salle René Gonzalez and La Passerelle) are equiped with magnetic loops, which make the place accessible to people using hearing aids. For the hearing aid to function, it must be turned to the T position. The Pavillon is equiped with an individual headphones system (Twavox).
